Manual Segmentation
The female reference brain was manually segmented using ITK-SNAP. Individual regions were then segmented based on the visible boundaries between structures visualized with NC82 staining. Structures without clear boundaries were excluded from the atlas, and will be added on as additional anatomical data becomes available.
